Bounce House Liability Waiver

By renting and using inflatable equipment from Dover Bounce House Rentals, I understand and agree to the following:

Risks I Understand
I understand that using inflatable bounce houses involves risks, including falls, collisions, slipping, tripping, equipment movement from weather, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. I choose to allow my child/children and guests to use the equipment and accept all such risks.

My Responsibilities
From delivery until pickup, I am responsible for the equipment and agree to:

Provide active adult supervision at all times.

Prevent rough play, flips, wrestling, or misuse.

Keep shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, and pets out of the inflatable.

Stop use immediately in bad weather (high winds, heavy rain, lightning, storms).

Make sure the inflatable stays properly anchored and the blower stays on while in use.

Weather & Safety
I will not use the inflatable during unsafe weather and will have all participants exit the unit if conditions become dangerous.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and hold harmless Dover Bounce House Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the rental, setup, use, or presence of the inflatable equipment, including injury, property damage, disability, or death.

Indemnification
I agree to defend and indemnify Dover Bounce House Rentals from any claims, costs, or attorney’s fees arising out of my use or misuse of the equipment, failure to follow safety rules, or injuries to participants or guests.

Equipment Damage
I agree to return the equipment in the same condition it was delivered, normal wear and tear expected, and accept responsibility for repair or replacement costs caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, animals, fire, sharp objects, vehicles, or moving the equipment without permission.

Agreement
I have read this Liability Waiver, understand it, and agree to its terms.
